BIMBO VALDES - a.k.a. Bo Bopper Bimbo coined "Sunshine City Manila" and "Hitback" during his days with DWIZ-AM 800 kHz and DZMB-760 AM.  "Hometown Hits" a program he hosted and produced highlighted the Top 10 songs performed by Filipino artists long before the government and the Kapisanan ng mga Brodkaster sa Pilipinas mandated the compulsory airing of original Filipino music to promote Filipino talents.  Now based in the United States, he not only promotes the Filipino talent but the Philippines as well.


P. LUIS CHAVES - a.k.a. Brother Louie dropped his pre-med studies for a career in radio that started with DWKR 940-AM, honed his skills on DWIZ-AM.  Followed through on DWBL-AM, mellowed his touch on DWLL-FM, beautified his music on DZMB-FM & now heads the marketing department of Energy FM stations in the Philippines, from where he reports the latest developments on Radyo Filipino.
